IronMerge People are currently recruiting Experienced FIFO Utility staff flexible to work in all hospitality areas across Western Australia.
These roles are FIFO from Perth airport and usually a 2:1 swing or leave cover
Super paid on all hours worked
11-hour workdays
Casual Roster
Flights from Perth – ONLY WA residents will be considered.
Weekly pay
Essential Criteria to Apply:
Must be willing to work across all departments onsite, including kitchen
Flexible to work any roster onsite including overnight if required
Reside in WA – Interstate or overseas applicants are not supported
A minimum of 6 months of recent FIFO or DIDO Experience is essential
Able to pass a full medical and drug screen
Have a current National Police Clearance less than 6 months old or willing to obtain one
Full Australian working rights
WA Drivers Licence is preferred, however, an Australian DL will be accepted
Able to complete all required online and in person Inductions
Nationally accredited RSA or Approved Managers (Desirable)
Forklift Ticket (Desirable)
Construction or White Card (desirable)
Key Responsibilities As a FIFO Utility, you will work across a variety of areas:
Housekeeping/Cleaning of camp accommodation facilities and rooms
Kitchen and Dining Room service areas – food handling and food preparation
Mine Site Cleaning – Offices & Crib rooms
Tavern or Retail shops
Maintaining cleanliness of outdoor areas and grounds
Able to work up to 12-hour shifts and, day or night shifts
Able to work in remote environments which might mean extreme heat
Able to multi-task and assist in other areas without issue
Able to understand your responsibilities and work safely
