IronMerge People are currently recruiting full-time FIFO Utility staff who are flexible and experienced in previous FIFO Village Services work to support one of our major clients across Western Australia. These roles are for immediate commencement, with interviews underway now. All roles are FIFO from Perth Airport on a set 2:1 swing.

Essential Criteria To be successful, you will have:
Current Unrestricited WA Manual or Auto Driver’s Licence – Essential
Recent FIFO or DIDO Utility experience in Australia within the last 6 months
Current Perth/WA residency
Ability to complete medicals, inductions and PPE collection in Perth
Flexibility to work across housekeeping, kitchen, cleaning and service areas
Ability to work days, nights and overnight shifts
National Police Clearance within 6 months
Full Australian working rights with minimum 7–8 months validity
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
Basic computer skills to complete online inductions
Key Responsibilities as a FIFO Utility, you will work across a variety of site functions, including:
Kitchen and dining room service, including food handling and preparation
Housekeeping and cleaning of camp accommodation and facilities
Maintaining cleanliness of outdoor and communal areas
Working safely in extreme remote environments
