IronMerge People are recruiting experienced Bus Drivers for casual FIFO positions onsite from Perth Airport, supporting WA’s mining and resource sector. These roles offer ongoing work with long term possibilities throughout 2026.

Long-term casual opportunities throughout 2026
Flights from Perth Airport only (interstate flights not provided)
Immediate starts once medical, VOC assessment and client inductions are completed
Key Responsibilities:
Working 12 hour shifts on a 2:1 roster, with two weeks of active duty followed by one week off.
Transporting passengers between Mining Villages, mine site, and airport facilities.
During periods when you’re not operating the bus, your responsibilities may extend to additional tasks such as maintaining the grounds, managing waste disposal, or assisting with laundry operations.
Requirements for the Successful Candidate:
Australian citizenship or full Australian work rights
Current Perth, WA residence at time of application
Previous experience operating a 53+ seat bus or coach
Confidence in passing a competency based, bus driving assessment
Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical screening, including drug and alcohol testing
Provide a clear National Police Check (dated within the last 6 months, or willingness to obtain one)
Current HR/MC Driver’s Licence
PTD Authorization or commitment to acquire one
