About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our client’s team at their power station located on the northern outskirts of Perth. This will be on a 6-month contract position. The purpose of the role is to undertake Engineering assignments encompassing project management, design services, conceptual technical proposals, and cost estimates and takes the lead role in the investigation of technical problems and recommend safe, reliable, efficient and cost-effective solutions. Provides technical and projects support to the gas turbines and distributed generation operating unit. We’re seeking candidates with:
5-7 years’ experience in a similar role ideally
Available to commence immediately
Good understanding of generators, transformers and circuit breakers
Power generation and gas turbines experience ideally
Recognised Engineering qualification
