About the Role:
As a Blue Collar Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for:
Sourcing, screening, and placing skilled trades and mobile plant operators in mining & civil projects
Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
Managing end-to-end recruitment, including compliance and onboarding
Coordinating rosters, mobilisation, and site requirements
Staying updated on WA mining and civil trends to provide expert advice
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience recruiting for mining, civil, or heavy industries in WA
Strong network of operators, tradespeople, and site-based workers
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of site compliance, FIFO requirements, and mobilisation processes
Experience with systems like Jobadder, Enable and Xero will be strongly beneficial
