$39 – $42.47ph+ Super on all hours
Uplift for Nights and Public Holidays
11 hour days
Casual work with rosters potentially available
Flights from Perth – interstate flights not supported.
Weekly pay
Key responsibilities:
Cooking, Breakfast, Crib, Dinner, Desserts or Baking on the mine sites for up to 2000 people in a team
Food safety and temperature control
Maintenance of working conditions and stores
Bulk Cookery
The Successful Applicant Will Require:
Currently reside in Western Australia and able to fly in and out of Perth Airport
Ability to complete a full pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol assessments
Minimum Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or VOC to these standards if qualified overseas
Full working rights in Australia.
National Police Clearance – (or willing to obtain)
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (desirable)
Experience cooking for large functions, events or bulk cooking
