Crushing Fitter – FIFO Pilbara | 2:2 Roster Are you an experienced Crushing Fitter looking for a solid roster, reliable hours, and the opportunity to work on large-scale iron ore operations in the Pilbara?
We are currently seeking skilled Crushing Fitters to join our maintenance team supporting fixed plant crushing operations across a major Pilbara mine site.
This is an ongoing FIFO opportunity from Perth on a balanced 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster, working within a professional team focused on safety, reliability, and operational performance.
The Role As a Crushing Fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing fixed plant crushing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production. Your duties will include:
Maintenance and repair of crushing and screening circuits
Working on cone crushers, jaw crushers, gyratory crushers and vibrating screens
Servicing conveyors, rollers, pulleys and idlers
Fault finding and breakdown maintenance across the crushing plant
Completing preventative maintenance and shutdown works
Ensuring compliance with site safety and maintenance procedures

FIFO from Perth
2:2 roster (14 days on / 14 days off)
12 hour shifts
Long-term ongoing work available
Modern camp accommodation and facilities provided
What We’re Looking For
Australian recognised Mechanical Fitter trade qualification
Proven experience working on crushing plants or fixed plant maintenance
Experience with conveyors, crushers and screening equipment
Ability to work safely in a high production mining environment
Current Driver’s Licence
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
