IronMerge is currently seeking experienced Electricians to support maintenance and reliability of critical field equipment across mining operations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-performing production environment maintaining essential infrastructure that keeps site operations running safely and efficiently.
This position will see you working across a variety of in-field electrical systems, supporting maintenance, fault finding and repairs on key operational equipment.
About the Role As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring electrical equipment in the field remains safe, reliable and operational. Your work will directly support production by maintaining power generation and water management systems essential to site operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance, fault finding and repairs on pumps, generators and field electrical equipment
Electrical maintenance on site infrastructure supporting mining operations
Diagnosing electrical faults and performing corrective maintenance
Completing preventative maintenance and inspections on field equipment
Working closely with operations and maintenance teams to minimise downtime
Ensuring all work is completed in line with site safety and compliance standards
Roster & Benefits
8 Days On / 6 Days Off FIFO roster
FIFO from Perth
$80 – $85 per hour depending on experience

Candidate Requirements
WA Electrical Licence
Demonstrated experience maintaining pumps, generators or similar field equipment in mining or heavy industry
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capability
Ability to work independently in field-based environments
Valid manual driver’s licence
Strong commitment to safety and maintenance best practice
