Facilities Coordinator – Village Operations FIFO | Mining & Resources Project | Western Australia
Life on site runs best when the village runs well. Clean rooms, good food, reliable facilities and a strong sense of community make a real difference to the people working hard on remote projects.
We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to help keep village operations running smoothly. Working closely with the Business Services leadership team and the village services provider, this role ensures accommodation, facilities and services are delivered to a high standard while maintaining a safe, welcoming and well-organised environment for the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of village services alongside the contracted service provider
Support the development of a positive and inclusive village culture
Identify and resolve service delivery issues quickly to minimise disruption to site operations
Assist with compliance activities relating to relevant legislation and internal procedures
Prepare reports and support operational administration using Microsoft Office
Liaise with site teams to ensure facilities support operational requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across village and facilities operations
About You We are looking for someone organised, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced operational environment where strong communication and problem-solving skills are key.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience within facilities coordination, village operations or similar environments
Certificate III or higher in Business, Management, Hospitality or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
Strong understanding of health and safety requirements within operational environments
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve service delivery issues quickly and professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and administration
Desirable
Experience working within remote village or camp environments
Knowledge of village infrastructure, utilities and facilities maintenance
Exposure to accommodation audits and associated legislation

FIFO roster – 8:6 roster (site based)
$55 per hour + super
