IronMerge People are currently recruiting full-time FIFO Utilities who are flexible and experienced across hospitality and village services to support one of our major mining clients across Western Australia. These roles are for immediate commencement, with interviews underway now.
All roles are FIFO from Perth Airport on a set 2:1 swing. What’s on Offer
2:1 set roster
$85,000 – $87,000 base salary + applicable night-shift loading
ASAP Starts once onboarding is complete
Flights from Perth only – WA-based candidates required
Long-term, ongoing opportunities with a tier-one client
Essential Criteria To be successful, you will have:
Minimum 6 months recent FIFO or DIDO experience, or 2+ years hospitality experience in hotels or similar environments
Willingness to work across all onsite departments, including kitchen operations
Flexibility to work day, night, and overnight rosters as required
Currently residing in Western Australia (interstate and overseas applicants not supported)
Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months or willingness to obtain)
Full Australian working rights with a minimum 12 months validity
Nationally accredited RSA
WA Driver’s Licence preferred (Australian licence accepted)
Ability to complete all online and onsite inductions
Forklift Ticket – desirable, not essential
Key Responsibilities As a FIFO Utility, you will work across a variety of site functions, including:
Kitchen and dining room service, including food handling and preparation
Housekeeping and cleaning of camp accommodation and facilities
Maintaining cleanliness of outdoor and communal areas
Working safely in remote environments, including exposure to heat
Assisting across departments as required and maintaining high safety standards
