IronMerge is currently seeking an experienced Master Data Advisor for an immediate start contract opportunity based at our clients West Perth offices. This is a great opportunity for an experienced SAP master data professional to step into a fast-paced mining and resources environment and have a big impact immediately.
Duties:
Compile and maintain a master list of fire assets across mine, port and rail sites
Review, validate and cleanse asset data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Confirm asset ownership and engage with relevant stakeholders to resolve data gaps
Support the preparation of asset data for integration into SAP
Assist with SAP master data creation, development and ongoing maintenance requirements
Support the development of maintenance strategies for fire assets
Work closely with project, maintenance, engineering and operational teams to ensure alignment
Identify data inconsistencies, risks or gaps and escalate as required
Maintain clear records and documentation to support project reporting and handover
Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated experience in SAP master data creation, development and maintenance
Experience supporting asset data integration or asset management projects
Strong understanding of maintenance master data requirements
Experience with maintenance strategy development
High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of asset data
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to work across multiple sites, teams and disciplines
