IronMerge People are currently seeking experienced Mobile Plant Operators to join leading Tier 1 production mining operations across the Pilbara region of Western Australia. These roles offer long-term, ongoing opportunities with strong earning potential and the possibility of permanent employment.

Ongoing production mining work with Tier 1 clients
Even time roster: 8/6 – 7/7
12.5-hour shifts
Weekly pay
Superannuation paid on all hours worked
Flights provided from Perth (interstate not supported)
Temp-to-perm opportunities for high performers
Equipment Experience Required We are looking for operators with production mining experience on one or more of the following:
Excavators: 600T
Dozers: CAT D10 / D11
Graders: CAT 18M – 24M
Loaders: Komatsu WA1200
About the Role You will be working within high-performing production teams on established mine sites in the Pilbara, operating heavy mobile plant equipment in a safe, efficient, and productive manner.
Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have:
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Unlimited Australian working rights
Current WA Driver’s Licence
Valid Police Clearance (within 6 months)
Must currently reside in Western Australia (international applicants not supported)
