In this role you will lead and oversee the delivery of a road maintenance operation in the Pilbara region. You will provide strong leadership and support to site coordinators, field supervisors and maintenance support teams. What you will need to bring
Proven experience in road construction and maintenance
Senior Engineering or Project Management background
Strong leadership and team development capability
Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management
Solid knowledge of Mines Safety and Inspection and OH&S legislation
Proactive planning of works
Understanding of safety expectations in a mining environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Excellent time management with ability to prioritise and delegate effectively
S26 required
Tertiary qualifications desirable
