IronMerge People are currently seeking experienced Mobile Plant Operators to join leading Tier 1 production mining operation Western Australia’s Southwest. These roles offer long-term, ongoing opportunities with strong earning potential and the possibility of permanent employment.

Equipment Experience Required We are looking for experienced operators with production mining with provable history operating the following:
Excavators: Hitachi 2600
Dozers: CAT D11 & Komatsu D475
Graders: CAT 16M – 24M
Loaders: CAT 993
Wheel Dozers: Various
About the Role You will be working within high-performing production teams on established mine sites in the Southwest, operating heavy mobile plant equipment in a safe, efficient, and productive manner.
Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have:
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Unlimited Australian working rights
Based in WA, preferably in the Peel region.
Current WA Driver’s Licence
Valid Police Clearance (within 6 months)
Must currently reside in Western Australia (international applicants not supported)
