IronMerge are looking to appoint experienced Site Supervisors Civils for large bulk earthworks and rehabilitation projects located in the Pilbara region of WA and working a family friendly 8/6 FIFO Perth roster.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise site activities related to exploration and resource definition operations
Oversee work crews including operators, contractors, and technical teams across multiple work fronts
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in line with project specifications and quality standards
Implement and monitor daily and weekly work plans and schedules
Manage and report on site productivity, resource allocation, and project progress
Conduct pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and safety inspections
Liaise with clients and key persons
Maintain accurate site records including daily diaries, delivery dockets, and progress reports
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE requirements
About You
Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within civil, mining, or infrastructure projects
Full S26 Statutory Supervisor qualification essential
DEMIRS – essential
Relevant civil, or mining qualifications or extensive field experience
Current Australian Driver’s Licence
White Card essential
First Aid & CPR preferred
Relevant plant or machinery tickets advantageous
TAE Qualification highly regarded
Strong background in earthworks essential
Experience supporting exploration or resource definition teams highly regarded
Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse site teams and subcontractors
Solid understanding of WHS legislation and risk management processes
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proficient in site reporting and basic computer systems (e.g. MS Office, project reporting tools)
