IronMerge is pleased to announce that Des Headland and Wayne Nannup have joined the board of IronMerge as new majority shareholders and company directors.
IronMerge thanks Ian Taylor for his founding vision and energy, wishing him the very best in his next initiative. While Ian is no longer associated with IronMerge, the roads he paved for the business will be remembered.
The new members of the IronMerge board bring a wealth of experience and connections to the business, enabling its next phase of sustainable growth. The company will continue to operate IronMerge People – providing award winning labour solutions (recruitment services and labour hire). The IronMerge Industrial division will become a core growth pillar, offering industrial consumables, hardware, tooling, plumbing and PPE with over 70,000 stocked items.
Des Headland is a proven entrepreneur and will leverage his considerable public profile to expand the IronMerge client base. Wayne Nannup is a lawyer and was most recently the CEO of South West Land and Sea Council, and brings with him significant industry credibility and networks. Together, Des and Wayne will drive the business forward to the next level, harnessing their commercial strengths, their passion for social impact, and commitment to relentless customer service.
