About you
Essential
Current Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification.
Minimum 2 years’ experience leading large-scale autonomous mining production teams in an open pit mining environment (references available)
Demonstrated experience supervising autonomous haulage systems (AHS) and integrated mining operations.
Proven ability to manage and coach multidisciplinary production teams to achieve safety, production, and operational targets.
Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership, risk management and compliance with site and legislative requirements.
Experience in incident investigation, hazard identification, and implementation of corrective actions.
Experience managing shift handovers, operational reporting, and production performance monitoring.
Current C Class Driver’s Licence (essential).
Roster: 8 days on 6 days off, 7 nights on 7 off. Tuesday to Tuesday roster. FIFO from Perth.
Desirable
Experience within Tier 1 mining operations.
Experience in Frontrunner Haulage System.
Requirements

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Unlimited Australian working rights
Current WA Driver’s Licence
Valid Police Clearance (within 6 months)
Must currently reside in Western Australia (international applicants not supported)
